(A) There shall be and there is hereby established a basic user rate for the use of and for service supplied by the sanitary (combined) sewer system of the village.
(B) A basic user rate of an amount as established in the annual fee ordinance per 1,000 gallons of water consumption shall be applied to all users.
(C) The wastewater service charge shall be computed by the following formula:
CW = CU x V |

CW = Dollar amount of wastewater service charge per billing period |
CU = Basic user charge for operation, maintenance and replacement |
V = Wastewater volume for billing period based on water meter readings |
