§ 95.99  PENALTY.
   Violation of § 95.01 of this chapter shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day’s continuing violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
