§ 95.01 DONATION BINS PROHIBITED.

(A) Donation bins for the collection of clothing and other articles, whether for charitable or non-charitable purposes, are prohibited within the corporate limits and the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the town.

(B) This section was in full force and effect from and after 11-7-2016.
