§ 94.02  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed or displayed on the park grounds.

§ 94.03  BICYCLES AND OTHER VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   There shall be no riding of bicycles or vehicles of any kind, including motorcycles, motorbikes and go- carts, on the park grounds, except in the parking area and only then when necessary for ingress and egress.

§ 94.05  ANIMALS PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   There shall be no pets allowed in the park except in the natural areas immediately adjacent to the playground area and basketball courts and common/walking areas immediately adjacent to the athletic fields and concession stand. Pets are strictly prohibited from hard surface playing areas such as the playground, basketball courts, tennis courts and including the athletic fields. Any pet that is not confined as provided in this section and not under the actual and direct physical control or restraint of its owner, leaseholder or keeper by an adequate leash shall be presumed to be running at large and is prohibited as per this section and the Dog Control  Ordinance adopted August 6, 2012. This prohibition does not apply to service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

§ 94.06  NUISANCE; OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
   Damaging, soiling, defiling or defecating on park property not promptly and properly removed and disposed of in a sanitary manner, excessive noise making, excessive odor, excessive barking,  molesting, threatening, attacking or interfering with persons on park property, chasing automobiles or other means of conveyance, attacking other animals and disturbing or turning over garbage containers or running at large without an adequate leash or interfering with another  person's enjoyment of park property is hereby declared a nuisance and those pets shall be immediately removed from the property. § 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty has been provided shall be subject to the penalties described in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   In the event that a pet is found to be in violation of §§ 94.05 or 94.06 of this chapter, the following procedures will be followed by the Police Department:
      (1)   For the first violation, the offender will receive a written warning from the Police Department;
      (2)   For the second violation, the offender shall be punished a fine not exceed $100; and
      (3)   For the third violation, the offender shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punished a fine not to exceed $100. In addition, the pet may be seized by the Police Department.
