Damaging, soiling, defiling or defecating on park property not promptly and properly removed and disposed of in a sanitary manner, excessive noise making, excessive odor, excessive barking, molesting, threatening, attacking or interfering with persons on park property, chasing automobiles or other means of conveyance, attacking other animals and disturbing or turning over garbage containers or running at large without an adequate leash or interfering with another person's enjoyment of park property is hereby declared a nuisance and those pets shall be immediately removed from the property.
