§ 152.025  ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES GENERALLY.
   The following elected and appointed bodies and town staff have powers and responsibilities in administering, reviewing and approving development applications under this chapter:
   (A)   Town Board of Commissioners;
   (B)   Planning Board;
   (C)   Board of Adjustment; and
   (D)   Ordinance Administrator.
