Licenses issued under this chapter may be revoked by the Mayor or the Chief of Police for the following reasons:
(1) Fraud or misrepresentation contained in the registration;
(2) Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statements made in the course of conducting the activity;
(3) Violation of § 112.08 or any other provision of this code;
(4) Conducting the business in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
