(A) All activity for which a license is required under this chapter shall not commence prior to 9:00 a.m., nor continue after 5:00 p.m. unless from a store or associated with a fixed place of business and operated on the premises of that fixed place of business, unless an extension of time is authorized by Council.
(B) All activity for which a license is required under this chapter shall only be permitted in areas zoned C-2. However, during community-wide events or other events in the public interest as approved by Council, Council or its agent may issue permits to vendors for the use of public property during the scheduled hours of the event.
(C) No activity for which a license is required under this chapter shall be permitted in an area larger than 100 square feet (10 feet by 10 feet).
