(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon any runway of the airport without prior approval of the Airport Manager. Any person lending assistance to the operator or operation of vehicles engaged in such activities shall be equally charged as participants. MOTOR VEHICLE as defined in this section means motor vehicle as defined in R.C. § 4501.01. Airport vehicles and emergency vehicles and maintenance equipment are exempt from this section.
(B) No person shall walk or be present or ride a bicycle or in any other manner be present on any runway of the airport without prior approval of the Airport Manager.
