§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, individual, corporation, partnership or other legal entity violating the provisions and conditions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Upon a conviction of a second violation of any provision or condition of this chapter, such person, individual, corporation, partnership or other legal entity shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
