§ 96.05 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every applicant for a permit to maintain a camper-van, camper-trailer, or the like provided for in § 96.04 shall file with the Chief of Police or his or her designated agent, a written application stating the name and address of the applicant, name of the property owner, size of the camper-van, camper-trailer, or the like. The application shall be accompanied by a sketch showing the location, the distance from the toilet and cooking facilities to be used, and the maximum number of persons accommodated by the camper-van, camper-trailer, or the like.
   (B)   On the filing of the application, the Chief of Police, or his or her designated agent, shall without delay determine if the application contains the requirements provided in this chapter, and shall determine that the conditions of the sanitation are available, and thereupon issue a permit without delay. The application shall be rejected only if the Chief of Police or his or her designated agent, finds that the site to be used for the camper-van, camper-trailer, or the liked does not contain proper and adequate sanitary conditions or facilities for the accommodation of two or less camper-vans, camper-trailers, or the like.
