It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to keep or maintain a camper-van, camper-trailer, or the like within the village overnight except in designated camping areas, unless the person, firm, or corporation obtains a permit from the governing body of the village pursuant to the requirements set forth in § 96.03 of this code and pays a fee of $100 per unit for a 30-day period or less.
