§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not exceeding $150. Each day in violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. Upon conviction of a second violation within a six-month period, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
