§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Each day a violation continues to occur shall constitute a separate violation. The imposition of these penalties shall not prevent the village from seeking injunctive relief in the court of common pleas.
