§ 95.35 TAPPING INTO DRAINAGE SYSTEMS OWNED BY POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   Any person who is in proximity to a storm water drainage system owned by any political subdivision, may tap into the publicly-owned drainage system only after the person seeking permission for the tap obtains a permit from the Mayor, and the plans approved by the Mayor and the Street and Sidewalk Committee. The fee for the permits shall be determined from time to time by Council and shall include the labor and materials for the tap. The tap-in shall be performed by the Village Street Maintenance Department.
   (B)   A project without a permit will be stopped immediately by the Village Inspector or the Police Chief. (The permit fee will be double the normal fee.) Permit applications shall be available at the Office of the Clerk of the Village of Kelleys Island, 121 Addison Street.
