Maintenance of the driveway and the drainage pipe is the responsibility of the property owner. If any installation creates a drainage or a road maintenance problem, the Erie County Engineer may declare it an obstruction and order its removal and replacement. The cost of such removal or replacement will be charged to the property owner.
