§ 95.32 NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
   The Clerk's Office and Village Council Street Committee must be notified not less than three nor more than ten working days prior to the installation. The Village Council Street Committee shall determine if an inspector is needed at the time of installation.
