(A) Number 304 Aggregate Base shall be used as backfill for all uses. The groove or bell end of the culvert pipe shall be placed upstream. Inserts shall be set with sufficient grade to the next culvert or any planned improvements up stream (the grade shall be set by the Erie County Engineers Office).
(B) Manholes or catch basins shall be set one-quarter inch below apron surface pavement. The road or street shall be kept clear of debris during all phases of construction.
