(A) Driveway and apron surfaces shall be of asphalt. Stone is acceptable provided the maximum size of the top four inches within five feet of the road pavement is one and one-half inches or smaller. Concrete is permitted only for curbed roads.
(B) Driveways shall not drain onto the road pavement, except in areas with curbed roads. Driveways shall drain into catch basins by pipe. Driveways shall be graded so as to create neither a drainage problem nor maintenance problem such as snow plowing (Slope 1"/foot from road).
