(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 93.27 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. The sentencing court may, in addition to or in lieu of the penalty provided in this division, require a person who violates § 93.27 to remove litter from any public or private property or in or on waters of the state.
