§ 70.40 DEFINITION.

As used in §§ 70.40 through 70.60 the following definition shall apply. PEOPLE-POWERED VEHICLE. A device having three or more wheels, propelled by human power and on which any person may ride.

Any tricycle having at least one wheel that is more than 14 inches in diameter is included in the definition of BICYCLE, see R.C. § 4511.01(G)
