§ 114.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to grant to the current local contracted cable company, hereinafter called the grantee, a franchise to stretch wire and cable and appurtenant structures over and under the streets and alleys of the village and to maintain and use the same as a coaxial cable distribution system for television distribution to subscribers’ residences and to business and public establishments for 15 years and regulating the rate of such service.
