§ 151.054 TOWN CLERK TO DETERMINE COMPLETE APPLICATION.
   Prior to scheduling the final subdivision application for Town Council review, the Town Clerk shall determine the final subdivision application is complete and contains all final subdivision application materials as required by § 151.051(A) of this chapter.
