A. All dumping at the established dump must be in the spaces provided therefor and anyone dumping garbage or refuse on or in the roadway leading to or through the garbage dump shall be subject to the penalty provided in title 1, chapter 1.20 of this code.
B. The dumping of refuse from packinghouses, such as onions, potatoes, lettuce and fruit, must be arranged for by the person dumping such refuse; separate dumping facilities shall be arranged for such refuse, charges to be made in accordance with the amount to be dumped.
