8.08.060: HAULING PROVISIONS:
The hauling of garbage and refuse must be in trucks or trailers with proper provisions made so that papers, refuse and garbage may not spill from or blow away from such vehicles or trailers carrying the garbage. (Ord. 2007-7 §1, 2007: prior code §8-306)
