A. It shall be the duty of every owner or occupant of any place where garbage or rubbish is accumulated to at all times keep a portable refuse container with a flyproof lid for the deposit of refuse and garbage.
B. Garbage containers to be used in accordance with this chapter shall be not larger than a thirty two (32) gallon container. Those needing more space for garbage and refuse shall procure more than one garbage container, none of them to be larger than the above stated size. (Ord. 2007-7 §1, 2007: prior code §8-302)
