Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, unless otherwise specifically set forth, shall be guilty of an infraction in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for a first violation within a two (2) year period, a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) for a second violation within a two (2) year period, and a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a third violation within a two (2) year period.
