It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to keep or maintain any dog unless the dog shall have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian with antirabies vaccine within one year preceding the date of which such dog is kept or maintained. Proof of vaccination shall be provided by the said owner within seven (7) days of request by the city clerk or police officer. (Ord. 98-14 §1, 1998)
