6.08.120: MANNER OF KEEPING ANIMALS:
No person who owns, harbors, controls or keeps any dog in the city shall cause, permit or allow any such dog or dogs, or any pen, yard, enclosure or building in which such animals are to be kept, in such a manner as to be nauseous, foul or offensive. (Ord. 98-14 §1, 1998)
