6.08.110: PUBLIC NUISANCES:
It shall be unlawful for any owner to fail to exercise proper care and control of their animals to prevent them from becoming public nuisances. No person owning any animal shall suffer or permit such animal to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by barking or by making other loud or unusual noises. A violation of this section is declared a public nuisance and adverse to the public welfare. (Ord. 98-14 §1, 1998)
