A. The city clerk may revoke any license if the person holding the license refuses or fails to comply with this chapter or any law governing the protection and keeping of dogs, or if such person provides false or misleading information in obtaining such license.
B. Any person whose license is revoked shall, within ten (10) days thereafter, remove the dog(s) from the city limits, or humanely dispose of such dog or dogs, kept or harbored by such person and no part of the license fee shall be refunded.
C. If the applicant has withheld or falsified any information on the application the city clerk shall refuse to issue a license.
D. Any person having been denied a license or having a license revoked may not reapply for a period of thirty (30) days. (Ord. 98-14 §1, 1998)
