6.08.070: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:
It shall be unlawful for any owner to use any license tag for any dog other than the one for which it has been issued. If there is a change of ownership of a licensed dog the new owner must apply for and obtain a new license from the city clerk. (Ord. 98-14 §1, 1998)
