6.04.060: FREEING IMPOUNDED LIVESTOCK PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful to break open or in any manner, directly or indirectly, aid or assist in breaking open any pen or enclosure with intent of releasing any livestock confined therein pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2008-3 §1, 2008)
