Application for a license shall be made to the clerk, together with all necessary information including, but not limited to, the names of all owners and the business addresses of the same. Upon approval of the application by the governing body, the clerk shall issue a license for which a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid per year. (Prior code §5-202)
