3.04.010: DESIGNATED:
The Kamiah office, First Security Bank of Idaho, N.A., Kamiah, Idaho, is designated as the depository for the municipality, and the treasurer is ordered, required and directed to keep monies belonging to or in the care of the municipality coming into his hands and into the hands of the municipality in the depository named in this section. (Prior code §1-601)
