A. Office Of Planning And Zoning Administrator: There is established in the city of Kamiah, state of Idaho, the office of the planning and zoning administrator, which shall be under the jurisdiction of the mayor and the city council of the city of Kamiah, state of Idaho. The mayor and city council shall appoint the officers who shall be charged with the administration and enforcement of this title, but the mayor and city council may, from time to time, upon passage of a resolution, entrust the administration and enforcement, in whole or in part, to any other office of the city.
B. City Of Kamiah Planning And Zoning Commission: A planning commission shall implement this title with powers and duties as set forth in Idaho Code. Said commission shall be appointed by the Kamiah city council. (Ord. 2007-4, 2007)
