16.12.010: SUBDIVISION APPROVAL REQUIRED:
No part of a proposed simple subdivision shall have been previously processed under the simple subdivision regulations within the past ten (10) years and a simple subdivision shall not be granted within the boundaries of a previously recorded platted subdivision.
Any person desiring to create a "subdivision" as herein defined shall submit all required applications to the administrator. No final plat shall be filed with the county recorder or improvements made on the property until the plat has been acted upon by the commission and approved by the city council. No lots shall be sold until the plat has been recorded in the office of the county recorder and accepted by the county assessor.
No subdivision shall be approved unless first the north central district health department shall have inspected and issued a site evaluation on all proposed lots in the subdivision which do not have existing sewer systems. Such site evaluations shall be placed in the subdivision file. (Ord. 2000-2 Art. III §1, 2000)
