These regulations shall supplement all other regulations, and where at variance with other laws, regulations, ordinances, or resolutions, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
Where any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or other part of these regulations is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall affect only that part so held invalid. (Ord. 2000-2 Art. I §9, 2000)
