16.04.070: ADMINISTRATION:
The council appointed planning and zoning commission shall carry out the provisions as herein specified. The commission shall receive and make recommendations on all subdivision applications or other issues related to the Kamiah city area of impact planning and zoning.
In the event the commission fails to act or carry out its responsibilities according to the regulations contained herein, the council shall assume all the duties of the commission as herein specified in relation to the application or issue concerned.
The council shall appoint an administrator to carry out the provisions as herein specified and to serve at the pleasure of the council. The administrator shall receive and process all subdivision applications. (Ord. 2000-2 Art. I §7, 2000)
