A. An ALS emergency run will be charged at the rate as set by resolution by the Kamiah city council.
B. An ALS nonemergency run will be charged at the rate as set by resolution by the Kamiah city council.
C. A BLS emergency run will be charged at the rate as set by resolution by the Kamiah city council.
D. All listed rates include supplies.
E. Any run which requires extrication by use of extrication equipment will be charged as set by resolution by the Kamiah city council.
F. Cancellation of ambulance: No charges, no paperwork, no pay.
G. Ambulance fee for one family, two (2) or more persons in one ambulance is charged as one charge.
H. Ambulance fee for two (2) families (2 vehicle accident): Two (2) charges will prevail even if only one ambulance is used. (Ord. 2009-2 §1, 2009)
