A. In the event the council determines that any billing for water service would work an undue hardship on any individual, the council may, in whole or in part, waive the water bill.
B. Application for waiver of a water bill shall be made in writing to the city clerk by the person seeking a waiver. The council shall be guided in hardship cases by the standards set for hardship by the state of Idaho for waiving real property taxes in hardship cases. (Ord. 4-76 §1, 1976: prior code §3-101(6))
