13.04.070: DAMAGE TO SYSTEM; RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIR AND CHARGES:

All damages done to the city's water system, such as breaking pipes, water meters, fire hydrants or any other equipment, shall be repaired or replaced by the city and charges for the same will be made to the person or persons incurring damage. (Ord. 3 §7, 1957: prior code §3-108)
