10.76.030: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
After the compression brake prohibition signs have been erected by the city marshal or his designee, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be considered guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 2016-4, 2016)
