10.76.020: POSTING:
Prior to enforcing the provisions of this chapter, the city marshal of the city of Kamiah shall post an appropriate sign prohibiting the use of compression brakes at the existing five (5) entrances to the city of Kamiah and then file with the city clerk an affidavit that he has properly erected said warning signs at the entrances. (Ord. 2016-4, 2016)
