2.04.060: POLICE POWER:
The mayor shall have jurisdiction over all places within five (5) miles of the corporate limits of the municipality for the enforcement of any health or quarantine ordinance and regulation thereof, and shall have jurisdiction in all matters, excepting taxation, within one-half (1/2) mile of the corporate limits of the municipality. (Prior code §1-1007)
