2.04.050: POWER TO REQUIRE ACCOUNTS AND REPORTS OF OFFICERS:
The mayor shall have the power, when he deems it necessary, to require any officer of the municipality to exhibit his accounts or other papers, and to make reports to the council in writing touching any subject or matter he may require pertaining to his office. (Prior code §1-1006)
