9.38.070: PROHIBITIONS AND PENALTIES:
At all special events, it shall be unlawful for any person to:
   A.   Violate any provision of this chapter.
   B.   Violate any condition of a parade permit.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00). (Ord. 2011-1, 2010)
