9.38.040: PERMIT APPLICATION:
   A.   All applicants for a parade permit shall submit an application for a parade permit to the city clerk thirty (30) days prior to the parade event.
   B.   There shall be no permit application fee.
   C.   The application for a parade permit shall contain and require information as determined by the city clerk in consultation with the city council. (Ord. 2011-1, 2010)
