Every person who possesses or consumes any beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages while on the property of the school district, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Persons under twenty one (21) years of age who are found to be in violation of the provisions of this section because of their age shall be punished according to Idaho Code section 18-1502.
