9.08.050: DISTRIBUTION OF OBSCENE LITERATURE:
It is unlawful for any person to exhibit, pass, give or deliver to another any obscene, lewd or indecent book, pamphlet, picture, card, print, paper, writing, mold, cast or figure, or to have same in his possession. (Prior code §6-110)
