9.04.040: ELUDING POLICE OFFICERS:
   A.   Any driver of a motor vehicle who wilfully fails or refuses to bring his vehicle to a stop, or who otherwise flees or attempts to elude a pursuing police vehicle, when given visual or audible signal by hand, voice, emergency lights, or siren to bring the vehicle to a stop, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   B.   Violation of this provision shall be punishable as provided in title 1, chapter 1.20 of this code. (Ord. 6-79 §1, 1979)
